All exhibitors that submit a contract prior to June 1 will be posted in the exhibitor listing, which will be accessible to attendees.

To be added to the waiting list, please follow the steps below.

SUBMIT CONTRACT WITH CREDIT CARD INFORMATON Download and complete the 2024 Waiting List Exhibit Contract under Exhibitor Downloads. Credit card is the only payment accepted to be added to the waiting list.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT Once a booth that meets your requested size becomes available, your credit card will be charged, and the booth will automatically be assigned to you. Due to logistical constraints, it is not feasible for the THSCA to individually contact a person on the waiting list and wait indefinitely for a response to assign a booth once it becomes available. By submitting the contract, you agree to be placed in any booth that becomes available automatically, regardless of location. You will only be contacted if/when your booth is assigned.

WAITING LIST EXPIRY You will remain on the waiting list until July 14th (one week before move-in) unless you ask to be removed.
Freeman is our General Service Contractor, who will be assisting with move-in/move-out, electricity, shipping, carpet, furnishings, etc. For more information about ordering, please use the Service Kit link provided below.
